About the Business
Diane, a trombonist and brass instructor graduated from The University of Aberdeen in 2007 with an honours degree in music performance. Diane is passionate music and interested in all aspects of the subject especially music education.
The Music Room, was founded in 2010 by husband and wife Stuart and Diane Brown. Two people who are extremely passionate about music. Their idea was to create a musical hub for the local community, by creating a place where music is accessible whether it be learning to play an instrument for the first time or expanding on existing skills, to creating a space to rehearse which is convenient and flexible, to providing a shop to buy musical instruments, accessories, sheet music and a repair service.
