About the Business
During her postgraduate studies at the RSAMD, Sarah led the Symphony Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra, the Opera Orchestra and the Academy Strings. She also led Opera West and was the Early Music Orchestra Leader at the 24th Annual International Workshops held in Glasgow in 1995. As a soloist, she played the Concerto in A Major No. 5 by Mozart with the RSAMD Chamber Orchestra. She attended a Masterclass with Yfrah Neaman in 1995, and was a finalist in the Governors Recital Prize and The Harriet Cohen Memorial Award. Furthermore, Sarah featured as the soloist playing the Concerto in E Minor Opus 64 by Mendelssohn in Alverstoke, Hampshire.
She has prepared primary school children for ABRSM exams in groups of six and her pupils gained the highest examination results of all instrumentalists in Priory School, Slough in the summer of 1999. She also has a 100% pass rate.
