About the Business
Mark McLaughlan Drum kit and Snare Drum tuition is based in Corby Northamptonshire and has been established for over fifteen years and provides private one to one and group tuition for Drum Kit and Snare Drumming. Mark is currently accepting students from beginners to advanced and teaches all aspects of theory and practical drumming.
All Styles of music including Rock, Pop, Funk, Blues, Latin, jazz and rudimental snare drumming. Mark also teaches Trinity Guildhall and Rockschool grades for students who would like to take graded examinations. Mark has a one hundred percent pass rate for all students who have taken exams.
Lessons are conducted in a purpose built teaching studio with two acoustic drum kits in a relaxed and friendly environment and also with a waiting area for students and parents. Lessons can be structured to fit the needs of the student.

Pipe Band Snare Drum Tuition
Mark is available for Drum corps and one to one Pipe Band snare drum tuition and is also available for seminars and master classes. Subjects covered include rudiments, technique, phrasing, sight reading and composition.
Mark can also conduct lessons via email by sending a pdf and an Mp3 soundclip of a particular exercise/Drumscore or concept that a student wishes to work on.
